RANT- EVERYONES A CHRISTIAN

  Why is it that today everyone claims to be Christian, without having the fruit of Christianity. Has being a Christian become some type of trend. Do they know what is really means to be a Christian? To die to oneself and pick up your cross everyday. To have compassion and sympathy for others.  To be in the world and not of the world. Yes, sanctification is a process  But repentance is a renewing of the mind. We cannot claim Jesus and still live in sin. But one must think what is sin and how do we become like Jesus While the answer is simple, read the Bible. The Bible is the written word of God And it explains all the things we need to do as Christians. If you are a Christian and you don't read the Bible, and do what it says Then why call yourself  a Christian?  Luke 6: 46 says  "Why do you call me Lord, Lord and not do what I say". Would you call your self a doctor without taking the classes and getting your degree? No! Because if you claim something there...

A Prayer

 


Dear Heavenly Father bless this heart that is filled with hatred

Forgive my actions and my thoughts for they are sinful 

Watch over those I love and those I don't know 

For thine enemy is at bay

Protect this world from an era full of violence, poverty, and sexual immorality 

For they may not be tempted by the devil but guided by your hand 

God bless those who struggle each day to make ends meet, for when the day comes they may be blessed tenfold

God, I want to thank you for always loving me and staying by my side when the world tossed me aside

For the love I have for you is beyond any words

For you have given me the strength to move forward from all the pain 

I will forever be yours, and forever you will be mine
